THE APPROACH
Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) is a structured, evidence-based approach to supporting individuals and groups in the immediate aftermath of a pivotal event. I provide rapid-response support to organisations including individual debriefs, group sessions, and guidance for managers and leadership on how to support their teams through recovery.
